भारत में Goods and Services Tax यानी GST एक महत्वपूर्ण indirect tax system है।

1. GST क्या है?

GST यानी Goods and Services Tax भारत में goods और services की supply पर लागू indirect tax system है।

GST में tax treatment मुख्य रूप से supply की nature, place of supply, classification और applicable rate पर निर्भर करता है।

  • CGST — Central Goods and Services Tax
  • SGST — State Goods and Services Tax
  • UTGST — Union Territory Goods and Services Tax
  • IGST — Integrated Goods and Services Tax

CGST और SGST

जब applicable transaction एक ही State के भीतर taxable intra-State supply होती है, तो सामान्यतः CGST और SGST दोनों लागू हो सकते हैं।

IGST

3. Intra-State और Inter-State Supply

  • Intra-State Supply → सामान्यतः CGST + SGST/UTGST
  • Inter-State Supply → सामान्यतः IGST

Actual transaction में applicable place-of-supply provisions verify करना चाहिए।

4. Supply

5. GST Registration

6. GST Registration की Threshold Limit

7. Compulsory GST Registration

9. GST Rates
